Encrypted end to end
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Traffic runs over HTTPS, and sensitive credentials are encrypted before they are ever stored.
Strict tenant isolation
Every business's data is walled off from every other. Access is enforced at the database level, so one account can never see another's conversations or customers.
You own your data
Your conversations, leads and bookings are yours. You can export them, and you can request deletion at any time from our data deletion page.
GDPR-aligned
We handle personal data in line with GDPR: clear purposes, data minimisation, and honest retention. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.
Least-privilege access
Internal access to production data is limited to what is strictly needed to run and support the service, and is logged.
