Request deletion of the personal data HeyWoozy holds about you, or check the status of an existing request.

How to request deletion

HeyWoozy is an AI receptionist platform that processes messages on behalf of businesses across WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct Messages. If you have interacted with a business that uses HeyWoozy and would like your personal data deleted, you can request deletion in either of the following ways:

  1. Remove the HeyWoozy app from your Facebook account. In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find HeyWoozy, and remove it. Facebook will notify us and your data will be deleted automatically.
  2. Email us directly. Send a request to hello@woozysocial.com from the email address associated with your account, or include the phone number or social media handle you have used to contact a business that uses HeyWoozy. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
