Cancel anytime
You can cancel your HeyWoozy plan whenever you like, from your dashboard or by emailing us. There is no cancellation fee and no lock-in contract.
During your free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no card is required to begin. Because we take no payment details up front, nothing is ever charged during the trial. To keep using HeyWoozy after day 7, you pick a plan and add a payment method.
After the trial
When you cancel a paid plan, it stays active until the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything you have paid for. You will not be billed again after that.
Downgrades and refunds
Downgrades take effect at your next billing period. For anything to do with refunds, see our Terms of Service or just get in touch and we will sort it out.
